How to convert a computer monitor to a TV
Converting your computer monitor to a TV is actually pretty easy. There are a few different ways to do this. We list the different ways for you to convert your computer monitor to a TV here. - Use an HDMI cable. You can run an HDMI cable from your PC to any TV or monitor that can accept an HDMI cable. You need to have a video card that can do HDMI output. Some laptops and desktops now come with this technology. If not, you have to purchase an HDMI video card for your desktop. It's unlikely you can run HDMI on your laptop at all if you don't have a port on the laptop itself, as you can't put an HDMI card into a laptop.
